We know the Lady in our regular Post Office so she will really give great advice (the wife grew up near there so is well known by them)..... plus whenever ive had a query i give her a chocolate bar to say thanks.... over the years its paid dividends to show a thankyou..... on the other hand our post office thats more local/closer are a complete pain.... took a parcel in the other day ...wouldnt accept it due to being 26mm thick ....1mm over.... Drove the extra 2 miles to our usual PO and it went through no probs..... As said by a few above.... if you dont get sucess, try a different PO. 😁👍
