i recon he was....😂😂😂... a mate of mine has just purchased a 4 wheel Foden (he is reviving his younger years).... interestingly his house (purchased by his father new in the late 50s has a clause in the deeds to allow repair work to a Hgv Tractor unit, it was due to a neighbour that moved in over the road in the 70s that took a dislike to his truck.... He was an owner driver with a Foden 6 wheel Tipper.... because he had parked there since the house was new he appealled to the council and won, his deeds were ammended to show the clause.... if my mate ever sells up i want his house, hes got a 4 car garage and 4 car drive or 1 Peterbilt😂... Ive looked into buying a Day Cab Peterbilt from USA and registering it here.... .... the wife says i cant have the drive to park on and i recon our neighbours wouldnt be too chuffed to open the curtains to see a Big Rig sitting at eye level in the street.😂😂

spot on!!!.... if it was about exhaust emmisions they would ban them not charge us...... its about how can we prise as much cash out of their grubby little mits as possible without them feeling like we want it all.... mmmmmwwwwhhhaaaaaa🤠
