I've been offered a solid looking LHD 2 door Mk1 and wondered how easy it will be to source the required parts to convert to RHD I've converted numerous Mk1 Escorts which can be done without replacing the whole dash which is just as well as they are rarer than the proverbial rocking horse dung, but looking at the dash of Mk1 Tina, iim guessing I would need to replace the whole steel dash as you can't just transpose the dash due to the glovebox. So are the steel dashes easy to source. Also the steering box and linkages etc I guess. Any help appreciated. Cheers

The estate has not seen the road for about 10 years! it has been stored in a garage but now the council have decided the garages need refurbishing and we have decided its time to say goodbye to the car as we have no where to store it whilst the work is carried out! It is in quite a bad way body wise, full of filler and as for the engine, that's anybody's guess!! we need it out of the garage by 3rd Feb We really don't want them to go to scrap men or banger racers, it would make it a lot easier to part with them knowing they are going to be either restored or used as spares to keep another old one going!
