Apart from a few switches and the 2 litre and 2.3 litre engines not much is shared. But at a glance the Mk5 Cortina and Mk2 Granada are easily mistaken.

I have a MK5 Cortina console lid in Peat (dark brown) Crushed velour, to suit I think Chatsworth or Chelsea interiors. The lid has never been on a car and is as new. Open to reaqsonable offers + p&p

Thanks again all. As to plans for it, other than the Clear indicators and pre-facelift grille, that I have added, it will remain as is and be used as much as I can. I have already done over 700 miles, might have to increase my mileage limit before long !! The only downside to having a Granada rather than a Cortina is that the forums aren't as active as BSC, I need a BSG !! :rolleyes:

Thanks all. It's a non injected Ghia Auto. Now has 70,000 on the clock with history and is in incredible condition. I am not selling this one ever! Steve&Lynette how is the rebuild on the GXL going? Would love to see her when she done.

I have 8 x mk4/5 cortina ghia alloy wheels all ratty all need refurb but are FREE to collector before 9th march. Please message me if interested. Four or five have tyres on but I am assuming the tyres are shot. And sorry no pics

This a fibreglass copy of the RS rubber front spoiler, I never got to fit to my car so I might sell it £90 + postage It is brand new un-drilled etc

Absolutely correct on all counts I'm sure, but any production company could get hold of someone who knows what they're about with period suitible cars. Mind you I watch old professionals,New Avengers, Open all hours etc just for the old cars.......I really am an anorak......HELP!
