For the best friction coefficient pad for buck, ferrodo ds2500 are a viable option because for road use the efficiency is better at lower temperatures. The ds3000 are more for very fast road e.g the track but require the pads to be warmer for the best friction coefficient. So when buying pads bear in mind the friction rating and at what point it is the highest.

Hi guys, Just to let you know I can help out with any parts that might need collected this weekend. Im driving from Cairnryan in Scotland to Essex. So if theres anything anyone wants on the way down thats needing picking up I can help out. Apologies to MOD's if there is a parts train thread already on here somewhere,,, I might even help me out as I could probably do with having a little break (especially if its for Mk3 bits!! ;)) Minty

Hi all, I'm after a pinto (6 bolt) regular size 216mm preferably thats been lightened and with a ring gear ready to go. I can pick up next week pretty much anywhere as I'm all over the uk next week! Cheers all

HI everyone! Right my mk3 rear lights have been playing up again. the right indicator flashes way to fast indicting a problem. Sure enough the offside rear taillights aren't working. I replaced the bulbs, still doesn't work, checked and replaced all fuses, still nothing. I got my multimeter out and there is power going to it. When i push on the brakes however they do light up. I'm thinking now its a possible earthing problem. Where do these lights get earthed so i can clean it and check it? Or any ideas at all will be greatly appreciated!! Cheers

I dont fancy spacers to be honest! id rather just get the wheels sorted! My god im confused!! haha i think tyre shop is gonna have to measure accurately!!
-
Ok happy days cheers for that! I think il go to the local wheel and tyre place and get some measures up!!
-
Yeah I think so the front will be 1/2 inch wider anyway so will be perfect. I need it widened about 2 inches each side on the rear so 1.5 inches with the new wheels. Anyone know what offset it will be? Et35 - 1.5 inches? Us there and equation? Or is et35 35mm?
-
there it is 15s on 195/50/r15 with 6.5 lenso rs5's with an offset of et35
-
Cheered for the reply, those wheels are long gone now I've got lenso rs5 15x6.5 and et35 I think and I've got about 1/2 to 3/4 inch each side So I'm gonna go et30 front And et25 on the rear
-
Thanks! So et30 should be about right to bring it level to the arch. Cheers

hi all, I'm getting some 15x7 minilites for the tina with 195/50r15 tyres on it. I just wanted to know an offset i can get away with it being legal (just) Basically i want to exploit the wheels as much as possible so they are as wide as they can go without having to roll the arches! Any help will be appreciated! Cheers guys
