URGENT How do you fit a propshaft doughnut???
mr a replied to FLEET's topic in Ford Cortina Discussion
I used to just use a sockit on a long extension, this helps to alighn the bolts, put the bolts of one side in first, loosely, then the other side with the extension and sockit, did'nt it come with a big band around it to start with ?? -

I âm really pleased that it started up, without to much fuss, I thought it would be OK, its still practically a brand new car, and I did try to store it, as best I could under the circumstances. The whole family are real pleased that you are happy with the car, and that it has gone to someone who seems to appreciate it as much as you obviously do, I didnt think that they was bovvered about it, but my Nan in particular, loved it when I explained the excitement it was still causing, Shame shes almost blind, it would have been good to bring her to a show. Enjoy the car, all who are to own it now, and in the future, theres not many (or is that any) in that condition, anywhere, let alone in Scotland. All the best robo1, and thanks again, Cheers Tony
