Hi I have just joined and have purchased a mk5 1.6l, it's a rolling restoration after been sat in a garage for 8 years, I need to know the paint on the car but can't find the code that's on the vin plate, I will post a photo Tom, but was just wondering if anyone knows the paint codes for 1980. The code says 50 ( or it could be so) as it's not very good , it's some sort of brown like Rio brown,
