Hi I have a prefacelift MK3 Tina with a 1600 kent auto. The X-Flow moves her well and has been trouble free for over 40000 Miles.
However i by chance stumbled on a rover 3.9 v8 (117,000kms running engine) for a 2 digit sum, i also have a toyota w55 gearbox with appropriate bellhousing. Im thinking a edelbrock intake mani and edelbrock 600cfm carb jetted appropriately to replace the EFI. Also running an australian 6 cyl cortina diff 3.55 LSD 28spline 8inch from a Falcon.
WHAT I NEED TO KNOW:
-Has anyone got pictures of their engine mounts for me to model and fab my own?
-What has everyone had success with regarding exhaust mani and intake fitting under the bonnet?
-Suitable carbs (heard the weber/edelbrock 500)
-Suitable cam for fast road
