    Door switches

This is the horseshoe shaped conector fitted to both my PFL cars also fitted to this PFL loom. Check the size of the hole in the A post Gary, as i think the white switch requires a bigger hole.
  3. What about the 3 wheels that i shifted from Somerset to Brentwood for you over a year ago that are still sat at my sisters. Are you ever going to collect them you have/had all the contact details and I believe you only live about 15 miles away ? :)

    Door switches

Those little black button ones are on both my cars with the ones on the estate looking like the originals and there is a strange horseshoe shaped connector on the end of the brown wires. https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/New-Mk1-Mk2-Escort-Interior-Light-Switches/192340473848?hash=item2cc862b7f8:g:2ugAAOSwry1Z62o~

  13. I thought it was quite a witty comment by Beeper. Here is a very nice 2000E to consider. https://www.gumtree.com/p/ford/1975-ford-cortina-mk3-2000e-automatic-4dr/1300904317

  16. That works well NOGS your gallery thingy, one click and you see it all. :winner: Well all except the nos MK3 arch trims, underiders, sports steering wheel centre, tombstones and a couple of dozen halogen 5 3/4 headlamps. :angel_not:
  17. Are you clicking "Hotlink for forums" when you post from postimg. This is what I get (after the usual "You are not allowed to use that image extension on this community") a picture.

  19. New one here with straps, £160 posted. https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/FORD-CORTINA-MK3-MK4-MK5-SALOON-PETROL-FUEL-TANK-STRAPS/222420207895?fits=Model%3ACortina&hash=item33c9470917:g:BJwAAOSwwWdZezgq
  20. I guess you are talking about the padded crash pad. They are all the same whether it is base right up to GXL models, the only difference is colour or whether the car has a pre-facelift (slopey) dash or a facelift (flat squareish) dash. It may also be worth your friend joining the MK3 CORTINA CLUB as there are cars being broken on there. https://www.cortinamk3club.com/
  21. One here. https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/Ford-carburettor-Pierburg-4-stud-fitting/112955352879?hash=item1a4ca9e72f:g:abgAAOSwV9ha3LeU
  22. I feel this is the answer, unless there is more to this story than has been revealed. :juggle:
