Guys I have just fitted a 4 2 1 exhaust manifold which ends in a flare ( trumpet ) but my exhaust ends in a flare too. 1.5 " diam exhaust pipe. I have a 1500 engine for sale will do a deal outside eBay. 1500 block with gt cam. New pistons;balanced etc.... Never run since 're build . New old stock 1500 head with new valves;springs ( brand new never run) 2 28/36gt carbs and manifolds in need of a refurb. 2 new distributers. I've found bagged sets for the crossflow but not the pre crossflow. I don't have a parts list so if anyone could scan the pages I would appreciate it. Thanks Paul

Does anybody have a list of sizes for bolts and nuts for my 1498 engine as I pretty much need a full set? Thanks Paul

OK guys I've got a new old stock ford 1500 pre crossflow cylinder head still in the box (not GT). It's marked up as a low compression version (L). Anybody know what the difference between the low and High compression (H) cylinder head. Also I'm trying to get some valves for it. Now looking in my Cortina book it shows a standard 1500 inlet valve is bigger than the GT valve. Can this be correct? Anybody be able to give me a definite answer I would be very grateful. Hi just wondered if anyone has any information to Wether aquaplane performance equipment ever did an inlet manifold for the cortina. I know they did one for the Anglia 105e but I assume it would fit any pre crossflow. Looking for any jetting information thanks Paul
