ive got an electric choke kit but couldn't get it to work i think the carb needed earthing but could have it another go I suppose thanks for looking!

Hi, not sure but its worth a shot. Do a trial run but don't close the bonnet unless you have the grill off!

Hi, has anybody tackled fitting a splash shield to mk4 cortina? Mine tends to " dribble" occasionally and thought about trying to fit one. Any ideas would be greatly appreciated. Cheers "Shorty"

Hi, just been reading an item regarding fitting a fiesta/escort/orion roof mounted clock. Question is dies anybody have one It doesn't matter if the clock works as I'm after the casing. I've fitted a roof mounted ariel and the bulb holder won't fit back in flush! Rookie mistake!! Cheers Paul

Hi, ive mentioned this before but the mk5 motor differs slightly from mk3/4 in that the short spindle on the motor withe the round push fit end is larger on the mk5 and it's on a spline not a set angle. Question is my motor has been apart and I've not got the self park in the right spot so it's setting off going down the screen before across. Does anybody have a photograph of where the spindle sits in relation to the rest of the linkages under the scuttle. Cheers Shorty
