  1. Not the right bolt, but i have used bolts similar to these in the past. https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/Roofing-J-hook-bolts-with-square-nuts-pack-of-10-size-M6-x-100mm/132591120164?hash=item1edf0bef24:g:GE8AAOSwuk1Z1q-r
  2. PFM1964

    Void bush tool

I used to burn them out, blow torch the rubber, give them a few taps with a hammer till the center rubber bush fell out, then i would cut the metal casing with a hacksaw blade, then a few more taps with the hammer and srewdriver or chisel and out they would come and then i would drift the new ones in with a big socket
  3. GearKnob MK3 £10.00 posted
  4. When i first got into MK3's i used to drill out the rivets and bin the wheel arch trims if i ever bought a MK3 with them on, never liked them, take them off and bend them in two and in the bin they would go
  5. have you thought of going to this set up Electric Power Steering, they down your way as well http://www.ezpowersteering.nl/23/Home.html
  6. also have two on order, stunning car, would think that it would sell out quick
  7. if you haven't sorted one out, i have one, bought it as a spare many years ago, but i don't have a MK3 anymore, if your interested £25.00
  8. Looks much better with the original grill and lights back on, but then i like the squares more than the twin light set up, after red white is my next favourite colour for a 2000E, very nice car
  9. Another car found in the water, http://www.standard.co.uk/news/london/ford-cortina-found-at-bottom-of-drained-hampstead-heath-pond-10440852.html
  10. I'am with you Jayne, i prefer the square lights on the 2000E, twins lights should stay on a GXL or GT, i have taken twin spots off a later MK3 and fitted squares back on it, fit a nice set of spots, as mentioned before, but at the end of the day its your car and you do what you want with her
  11. this might upset a few people,
  12. Ken used to get a lot of stick for what he done to his car, as you can tell Ken used to work as a chrome plater and his work was second to done, his chromed four branch manifold was a work of art, he would get really upset at some of the comments from various people, some were really nasty, if you don't like what you see then walk away
  13. this is the master cylinder people are using http://www.paddockspares.com/90577520-brake-master-cylinder-dual-line-servo-no-stamped-is-64677249.html
