My faithful Gt is sitting in my shed waiting for its new owner, the new owner likes the fact that the car was assembled in Singapore. Phil the new owner was a Ford dealer up until a few years ago so knows his stuff and was willing to pay my asking price. He has a collection of 30 cars. now as health improves I can crack on with my S1 two door project.

It is a good shed only owned the property for 2 years, it is a shed about 26 meters long with our house occupying 13 meters of it, prior to adding all the extras I had 3 cars and one trailer in there, the seller left the commercial shelving in for me.

I have been in contact with piper and I do like there manifolds, the problem I have with piper is I have to organise my own freight to NZ I have received large parcels from expressed with no damage,I think piper aren't prepared to wrap the product properly, and don't want the responsibility of damage through shipping.

Can someone tell me if 105 speed is still trading. TIA.

Series 1 shared the mk1 floor pan, small trans tunnel, series 2 had larger trans tunnel.the photo shows a badly modded S1 to fit a type 9, I will be replacing it with a Mk1 cortina which is the same.

Now I realize I have already posted this, but I can further add that the shed is nearly sorted,whe Y builder starts our new house extension we will be able to move more furniture out. I have made a start on the 2 door ready to lift the holey fuel tank out, the car has had a bit of work done previously to a low standard, the worst bit is replicating the boot seal channel which is worst for wear.

Chris and I have moved into a new house and shed, well actually it is a shed conversion my part is 13x8 meters so I have room for my toys, we a in rural eketahuna in the south of the north island, previously my 2 door was in a rented lock up and I wasnt doing any thing to it, now I have made a slow start, work gets in the way
