xflow for revs pinto for torque itl come down to what you want to use the car for if you like lazy cruising go for the pinto , itl pull through a gear much better and make the car feel more stout and with 4 people in the car it wont feel like it lacks the ability to shift the weight but if you prefer a country lane blast go xflow , with its quicker revving tendencies itl feel more lively , you may not be going quicker than with a pinto but itl certainly be enjoyable for me im staying xflow , i like to get the most out of each gear and i find they suit my style of driving . ive tried pintos in equivalant cars and while they match the performance they didnt excite me , i had no fun from the speed

great pics are those steel toe cap wellies  id have been tempted to put one of the dealership forsales on it to see what happened

im not too knowledgable in this area but its sounding like a circle stuck in another circle type affair ? my suggestions are thus as its a bearing itl be hardened steel , wailing on it with a chisel will shatter it and not just deform it is it too deep do drift one end in and rotate it on the y axis ? like getting a core plug out again being hardened try heating the outer metal which should release it hacksaw blade ( would take forever though but could get a notch to lever something in ) not a screwdriver though , itl snap any chance of soaking it in diesel ? best of luck , sounds as nice a job as removing a snapped inlet/exhaust stud

bills need to be paid so i have to start selling possesions :) mk2 1600 super maroon/black cherry . no mot , it lapsed but all i can see to put it through is a small hole in the drivers footwell and some new discs and pads ( pulls to the right slightly when braking hard downhill , not noticeable otherwise . might even be a lazy caliper ) no headlining / carpet or gearknob . drivers door drops a little .has brand new 105speed manifold and system and hasnt been anywhere since fitting , its no concourse but its solid underneath ( except the small hole in footwell ) just rough around the edges . its filthy at the moment but its hot and sunny and everyone has their prefered method of cleaning not long after i got it scabby blemish filler and an underneath to show its not rusty vandal damage  im in lincolnshire , like i said it has no mot and hasnt been anywhere for a couple of months so will need trailering . if you dont want the exhaust that could be negotiable as a mate has a mk1 it would fit as for price :juggle: £1400 or less without the exhaust but thats not a strict price ( nobody wants to say a low price and then regret it a when it sells the next day )

im amazed this is all thats happened in the year ive been here the cortina and my escort camper are parked around the back b the garages away from the house so theres no way i can see or hear whats going on  i only heard a crazy/drunk ( infact pretty nomal for around here ) guy as he was walking down the path by the houses , the garages are next to a path that leads to the next street we live on a road that leads from the centre of town to an even worse area of town so id never get any sleep if i had to submit justice to every bit of scum that walks home
