  2. I don,t think this is a super as didn,t the super have a floor mounted handbrake ? with GT and E having dash mounted handbrake . regards Dave
  3. Hi try here for gearbox parts https://kelvedonlotus.co.uk/product/gear-lever-tower-3-bolt-alloy/
  4. I am sure that a breakers would just cut out the complete frame from roof if you asked
  5. Here is a video showing how the roof comes out if you install into another car then you can ensure the frame is sealed properly and it will be a good roof You would need to install the drain tubes into whatever project you are fitting the roof
  6. hi i don,t have one but have you thought of using one from a renault clio mk2 as they are pop up glass and also removeable if required. Probably not to expensive from breakers you would unbolt the frame from inside car between headlining about 10 bolts and are very easy to take out of car.I i am sure they could be used in most cars as the roof is quite flat . regards Dave
  7. That is a shame as some of us prefer the forum and don,t use Facebook. Does that mean that we will miss out ? or will you still answer any requests from here regards Dave

  11. looking good best to upload pictures direct to site , that way they will always be there . regards Dave
  12. i agree with above if you are seriously interested in info then contact Crayford convertible car club mailto:crayfordclub@hotmail.com Barry has many photographs of most of these over the years regards Dave
  13. this is great but please don,t use that cover direct on the car . you need something like a clean soft sheet on car first as if the cover rubs on the panel edges when wind gets under it the cover will wear through the paint . I made that mistake a few years ago on an old car that i had put under wraps . regards Dave
  14. hi for info this engine is not based on the UK Essex V6 as wiki says it is based on the a Canadian Essex engine which is completely different regards Dave
  15. Strange ? the original west end production of Made in Dagenham couldn,t use a real car due to safety concerns so a complete fibreglass car was made . regards Dave
