Bush Kit MK3 Series 1 or Series 2?
ROB 100 replied to 3775ZI's topic in Suspension, Steering, & Brakes
I think floflex are great for the money, yes they do need a trim here and there but for price brilliant, fitted one them front end kits to my P/F Mk3 4/5 years ago and had no problems at all, settled down lovely, yes Superflex / powerflex are better quality overall, Floflex does the job just fine, and i read on the Cortina Mk3 Club forum floflex is about to do a run of black polys get Intouch with them direct for that, -
I use these https://www.tyreleader.co.uk/car-tyres-175-70-13/?orderby=prix never had a problem, I looked at 185 70 13 and quite expensive now for a known brand, maybe go 175 70 13 as they are cheaper, Do not go for Wanli tyres, bought a car with them on before and was truly awful,

Don't know your budget but getting a new set might be easier, https://www.tyreleader.co.uk/car-tyres-185-70-13/?orderby=prix i have used them plenty times & no problems so far,

Ohc early ones had threaded end - like a bicycle brake cable, later ones have a square plastic fitting,

http://car-from-uk.com/sale.php?id=93720 The wheels in the link above is what your car would have come with, look at the pic of wheel in the boot & you can see the lugs on the wheel to hold the hubcap, -

Depends on year also, preface like pic 1 but with the silver saucer size hub cap, i also prefer the dartboard sport steels, i have them on my XL, my car drives the purists mad, & when they say that's wrong this & thats not right , i have to remind them who's motor it is, -
