i have also got a pair of sierra cosworth recaro front seats, they are in realy good condtion, these fit straight in if you use mk5 runners, as i had these in my mk3, i would take £100, for them,

hi got some doors and some wings for sale,as i have sold one of me mk3 estates now, i want £200 for all for doors, and £70,for each wing, clocks £20 the doors are are in good condtion for how old they are, one of the rears the inner skin needs some work, as for the rest they only have top rust on them, the n/s/f door i stripped, it down and put it in primmer, but saying this i diddn't use any filler in it, only high build primer, and thats how fare i got with it, the orange wings have been stripped and 2k primmerd, and 2k top cote done, and them clear waxoil, on the under side, one off the wings has had the two tabs replaced, were they bolt to the front panal, to a good standerd,new metal, these wings have been stord for some time now, so do have a couple of dents, on them, but saying that you will have to look very very close to se them, and they have no filler in them, so ready to bolt straight on, the brown wing is totaly mint just needs a realy good prep, been stored for a good20 years, and all the wings a ford items, also the clocks was workin fine when removed from the car,a while ago,

hi ,i have a coplete 2.8i engine out of a capri 1986, done a bout 72000, miles, very sweet engine indeed, still in the capri bed, not been touched since i took it out the car, mite still have the 5 speed box as well, i would want £300, for the engine complete,, pm me if this helps thanks Gary
