  1. When repairing Mk1 and 2 Escorts, Ford produced a body dimension tolerance sheet which gave the overall dimensions and tolerances between significant points on the body including the suspension pick up points. This was very useful to ensure the car ran straight and true and when rebuilding rotten or damaged areas. Does any one know of, or have, a similar chart for the Mk3 or 4 or 5 Cortina's? For my current project i'm specifically interested in the dimensions between the 4 main suspension pick up points for the rear axle. Any help would be appreciated.
  2. Hi all I am looking for a pair of rear lower front bushes for mk4/5 would prefer genuine Ford part no. is 76bb5k792aa
  3. Does anyone know where I can get replacement gas front cortina shock absorbers from. They used to be available quite widely but I cant find any now. I can still get the oil ones but not the gas. I dont want the expensive adjustable ones. Ive tried them in the past and they dont seem to last for more than a few years.
