Can anybody tell me if a gearbox crossmember from a mk2 granada with a 5 speed is the same as an auto cortina/capri?

Hi mate, ive just done a 5spd conversion on my mk4 and im pretty sure the granny x-member doesnt fit, its a lot deeper if i remember right wheras the cortina auto is nearly flat :cheers:

[A capri one will fit its just a case of redrilling the holes and cutting a bit of the ends.

Thanks guys...its actually a granada that i'm trying to fix...some chimp has botched the hearse i just bught with the wrong xmember.

I have a capri one in the garage and was going to use that if it was the same.
