Mk3 sills

I need to get hold of some mk3 outer sills, but while I'm doing it I may go the whole hog and do the inner too rather than patching. I've heard mk3 are the same as mk4 and 5, but can anyone confirm this for me? Mk4/5 stuff is still fairly easy to find.
