been butchering today, ive bought a near mint buck so ive started to remove the rotten cortina one, its ready for me to drive down the yard and have it hiabed off now

Ive just found the earlier pics too, That looks so good with the MK3 front on it, thats what I wanted to do with it when I had it but was too keen to get it on the road 1st to put the extra time into actually doing it. I am so glad youve gone ahead an done to it, just a bit jealous now though. Looks superb.

buck removed, new tank needed but the chassis is mint

AS IVE REMOVED THE BENCH SEAT I WILL BE FITTING A RATHER NICE NEWLY RECOVERED SET OF TOMBSTONES TO THE TRUCK SO IVE BEEN MAKING THE RUNNERS FIT BY USING ONE SIDE OF THE NORMAL SEAT RUNNER AND ONE SIDE OF THE BENCH RUNNER, PASSENGER SIDE DONE............

front end looks good ... will mk3 front end fit on later truck bodies ... or is it a fiddly job needing mucho adjustments or a simple bolt on jobbie?

Always liked the truck and pleased to see yours coming on ... another one saved ... Good man

not just bolt on as front panel, upper front panel and radiator support panel are all different but its easy eanough

all the brackets made and welded in now, just tried the fitting of myself and i am happy with it, im going to fabricate a centre console now
