XR6 3 Posted June 27, 2015 If you change from front to rear bowl sump or vice versa you have to change where the dip stick and oil pick up pipe go too , not sure about your engine but on normal Essex thats front panel to change and blank off the other dip stick hole Good point Dave , mine has the dip stick on the side of the block oppose to the early one on the front timing gear housing . What may occur is the being a larger crank will it foul the different sump if I change it to a rear bowl one . Also Ric Wood Racing has , meet a guy at the Yat a few ago with a carpi with the same engine Ric done alot of work on it , I got the engine from Norfolk the guy imported over. XR6 3 Posted December 16, 2017 Its been a while since I posted anything on here about my P100 . To tell you the truth I didn't know how to resize my photos until now . The bed and cab was laid up in a friends field for a while after I had the bed shot blasted . But I soon had to move it. So it went to my friend who had done all the welding on my XR .
