MK5 2lt Ghia

This is my 1982 mk5 cortina ghia 2lt. It was last on the road at the end of 2005 and has been dry

stored ever since. I put it in for an MOT befor parking it up. It needed some welding to the sills and

front chassis leg. The headlamps were also playing up.

 

At the time i had just got my mk5 2door on the road so used a few bits from this to sort it out.

I used the dash, back seat, servo and one of the number plate lights.

 

The body has some rust around the windscreen and sills but apart from that still very solid

in the usal rust spots, fuel filler, archs etc. The engine ran very sweet and drove real nice when it was

on the road.

 

Iv finally relised that iv got to much on and im not going to get this back on the road

so i think its time to move it on. Spares or repair £300 im in Bristol. 07971917204

You said in 2005 there needed welding doing to the sills and the chassis leg for the mot, was this done or has it just sat since the mot ??

Also where in bristol are you ?

None of the work was carried out for the mot i was going to get round to it but never did.

Im in longwell green area.
