Pin-stripe on a 1600E

Recommended Posts

The guy who is painting my car said he'd fit a new pin-stripe for me.

Can anyone help with the location of it please?

I know it goes just above the swage line but how far above?

Also can anyone post some close-up piccys of where/how it starts on the front wing and where/how it ends on the rear wing

Does the stripe start in a 'v' point like this <------------ ??

Cheers

Steve

Hi mate, as much as I'd like to call round I just don't have the time this week. I'm mad busy at work and its a mad rush to get things finished in-time for when the car comes home on friday.

If you could take a close-up piccy of the front wing where the stripe starts and the rear wing where the stripe finishes I would be really greateful

Cheers pal

the weather is supposed to be fine on Thursday, so i already played with the thought of a day off before your reply ; i have got plenty of work at home as well as i ve got too much cars stored outside now and even my trailer is used as a permanent parking space ( i m fed up with unloading/loading all the time i need it), so i ll have to take pics of some cars i want to sell anyway. :icecream:

fitted? as per original they would be painted - I think black would be right for a gold E (white on aubergine, red on anchor etc...)
