skodaboy 3 Posted June 19, 2010 (edited) For Sale My Cortina MK5 2.3 V6 auto 1980. It's in great order and ready for shows, milege reads 52,000, but I cannot confirm this as the service book suggests less and the prevois owner is now 94 and maybe getting a little confused. log book states 3 owners inc me. engine runs sweet, Auto box changes well, rear axle silent. brakes front and rear fully overhauled cyliners and seals etc, new pads and shoes. Exhuast good, all tyres inc spare good. power streering makes for a pleasant drive. car fully waxoyled, MOT till 4/2011 taxed till 11/2010, fully comp ins only cost £72 on classic policy. body work in fine condition, respray carried out by CORTINAPERV9. A contributor to these pages. Any prospective buyer should find very little to complain about. It's a real shame to see it go, I have spent so much time working and preparing it, I can barely bring myself to sell it, but I have another project in the wings. I would welcome near offers in the region of £2995. the car will be available after the Darling buds Car show 11/07/2010 ( I have already done the bromley pagent this year as shown in the pictures), If you want to view the car send a message and I will contact you. The pictures here are various ones taken durring this restoration. Thankyou for looking. :angel_not: Edited June 19, 2010 by skodaboy
