Crusader being lowered tomorrow!!

Going to lower the Crusader tomorrow (Tuesday)

So Hopefully the wallowing feel of 29 year old springs will be long gone!!

Gone for -2" from Burtons.

Shall post up some before and after shots tomorrow. maybe even some during!!!

They are both great looking cars.

 

I think all of the two tone colours on the Crusaders suited them really well.

 

Question is, did Frankie lower the car and if so where are the pics?

Car does need a bloody good wash and polish so I apologise for the crappy pictures!!

Don't think so? I know that they are 5 1/2J and I thought mexico rims were 6 J.

 

Will give it a good bath tomorrow and get some decent pics up. Still manages the speed bumps round here too. Quite impressed.

They look like Mex steels Dave.

 

Mine are 5.5J too but its the offset that is different.

 

Frankie has the deeper trim rings too compared to what FKL has.

I didn't think the lowering springs would bring it down that low, so i done mine with a plasma cutter :ninja:
