mk 2 front wing

i have a fiberglass front wing for my mk 2. thats previously used and is black.. i want to spray it old english white. can somebody please go through the process i need to follow step by step? ( from rubbing down what grade of papper? primers etc etc? ) im only a young'n so sort of learning as i go allong :) cheers. dan.

I presume that you have got all the guns,discs etc etc and compressor. If the paint is sound then just scotch it with degreaser and a grey scotchpad until the wing is matt, this will help to key the paint. I would use a white primer either 2k or aerosol to help the topcoat to cover better.What type paint are you using for the topcoat?
