I presume that you have got all the guns,discs etc etc and compressor. If the paint is sound then just scotch it with degreaser and a grey scotchpad until the wing is matt, this will help to key the paint. I would use a white primer either 2k or aerosol to help the topcoat to cover better.What type paint are you using for the topcoat?
