Wired up my front grill

Recommended Posts

Well after about 7 months I finally got round to wiring up my front grill:

I slaved them to the sidelights so they all come on together. Unsure of the legality of it but they are all only sidelights so hope they will be ok. Will see at MOT time :).

Also put an old CD Radio in we had lying around. I made the mounting for it from one that Dave FKLGLS lent me:

Sorry about the pic quality I must have had a dose of the shakes :) . Why is it though that digital cameras need you to stay perfectly still in order to get a decent picture?

Radio 2 though you old git

Looking good tony ,106.1 rock radio its the future

I am caught between my past and present with music. In modern music I like NuMetal strangely enough, but there is not a decent FM station that caters for my taste :smashcomp: . I grew up in the 80's so love the 80's stuff a lot but I also like classical (although not opera). Cant stand dance music :toilet:

Not sure on the yellow lights Tony, they always remind me of French rather than American, lol.

Radio 2 though you old git

Radio 2 now is no different to how Radio 1 was back in 1990!

The Steve Wright show is almost how I remember it as a 16 yr old apprentice.

Just need Simon Bates's Our Tune at 11am to relive my mispent youth!

Simon Bates is now on Smooth radio, weekdays from 6am. As far as I know, he is also doing an Our Tune slot every Friday morning. Haven't heard the Our Tune bit yet, but listen to Batesy most mornings on way to work.

god! its 25 years ago i cant remember last year :D

But i do remember I did change the colour of the car . Am sure it was a ford colour :headscratch:

It was originally the top colour .Back then when it wasnt a cool colour to have ya Cortina paited in .

( NOT LIKE TODAY WHEN ALL THE BEST LOOKING OLD CARS ARE IN THE WORST COLOURS )

So I had it paited it was suppose to be the bottom colour am sure

because you havn't turned on the steady cam function ?

it's in there somewhere in the menu options it'll be 2 little hands with lines around em ?

On mine you half press the button to set it then fully press to take the pic once the little hands are on the screen
