mk4savage 50 Posted May 10, 2012 just had a browse again through the pics of your lovley Mk4. did you paint the top shelf or have you found a nos one :headscratch: , as it looks so lovely. i recently acquired a Roman Bronze Taunus, but the parcel shelf is very tatty compared to the rest of the interior: http://www.buysellcortina.co.uk/forums/index.php?/topic/49695-i-know-i-shouldnt-but-i-had-to-buy-it-nearly-a-cortina/page__p__436131__fromsearch__1#entry436131 The rear shelf is the original one, it's not been painted. I think it's lucky to have stayed in good condition unlike the top of the rear seat which has faded a bit but I've seen worse. I did see your post on the Taunus, it looks very nice and Roman Bronze too. Another nice mk4  Looks stunning :shocking: Thankyou mate

It did, to my surprise and it got 3rd place in the mixed category in the Mk 1-5 club. Thankyou for the comments. Matt.

mk4savage 50 Posted August 5, 2012 (edited) I had to get the car out today to take some recent photo's for my new insurance policy so I thought I would post them up here. These are just a selected few from a load I took this morning, Luckily I had a bit of sunshine! What do you think of the ride height? I can't make my mind up if it's too high or not Edited May 23, 2023 by mk4savage
