Important C2C trip message......

To those of you that have said you want to go on the C2C trip in September.....

 

We have been contacted by one of the hotels to say that not everyone has booked, and that they will not be holding the rooms for us for very much longer. In fact, they will release the rooms for general booking on 14/4/12. That is Friday this week!

 

If you don't get booking now, you run the risk of being without a room in one or more of the hotels we have made arrangements with. You need to get booking now!!!!!!

 

Please do let us know if you have any problems.

If you get stuck I booked twin rooms on most of the hotels hoping on the chance to share with someone to keep the costs down.

ill give you a call Monday regarding rooms. I have a tent and could camp on some of the nights, ill call you to see what hotels you have etc. Plenty of campsites enroute if i get mega stuck.

We are blagging it when we get to Cortina, the only thing is we are travelling down to meet up in Cortina for the knees up...Due to planning our end, is there any update on when the knees up is? ie Friday afternoon, eve or the Saturday?
