John Mack 337 Posted July 26, 2014 Looking great! What bike do you ride (rider myself). Now using a triple having picked up rotten knee injury in Spain last year. I've got a 20+ year old Reynolds frame tourer which I took down south but have a newer Bianchi which went up north. Wife has a carbon cannondale. I quite fancy changing the Bianchi for an old steel framed road bike though. What do you ride?

Use it most days and try to ride min 150 miles a week. Rode the cobbles well on tour of Flanders course couple of weeks back. Triple is great on the knee on the climbs. Also got an Intense Tracer mtb. Few years old now but fantastic machine.

Thanks Frankie. Out for a wee run today, taking the dog.......think she prefers the back seat of the 'tina compared to the boot of an Octavia!
