BSV205F 0 Posted July 2, 2012 On the refurb of rostyles theme, I have a set that must have at least 6 layers of silver paint on the rims and different layers of coloured enamels on the centres. Can these be sand blasted or will it ruin the chrome. If not is there any decent chemicals that can be applied to strip both the centres and rims paint off. Many thanks in advance

Hi bud definitely chrome centres and will look into bead or shell blasting. I tried sanding the rims down but was there for ages and made little effect. The centres are chipped in various places and have been black, yellow etc by someone previous. Regards
