COLIN RNK 2 Posted October 20, 2012 I said on here that i was going to make the bonnet surround well i thought that would easy was i wrong , first i had the moulds made to have them carsted in brass r gun metal sent they to the casters but as there so thin the metal wouldn't run so they had to thicken them up but the end res was crap, so then i made them here from ali out of a billet of ali all machined on the CNC im really pleased with them know this is the first one we done but am going 2 make them in numbers next week or so , there going to be polished ali not crome i have loked into having them cromed but the cost is to high so if anybody wants one let me know there really good even if i say so myself price is £60.00 each Colin Quote Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
