the-ford-cortina.com 226 Posted January 20, 2013 Is the show for all marks of Cortina? ITS THE MK1 OWNERS CLUB NATIONALS , they organise the main event , think the mK2 owners club will be having their national meet there again Howard will correct me if I am wrong , Also the Anglia 105E club usually have a stand , Mk3 club sometimes and all classic cars are welcome to attend . £5 to take show your car if its not a mk1 ( which are free wether you are a club member or not ) for the past few years. IMO ITS THE BEST CAR SHOW OF THE YEAR , THERE ARE SHOWS WITH MORE CARS AND MORE STUFF TO DO but they are all lots of money. What it does need is advertising as a car show for the general public to come and attend and maybe actually charging them a little , if you go just to look its been FREE to enter and FREE to park in the past - a revenue oppurtinty for the club
H Cortina 14 Posted January 20, 2013 Is the show for all marks of Cortina? Technically it's the National Rally of the Mk1 Cortina Owners Club but i think i can reasonably say that all Cortina's are welcome. There's a space for everyone as the site is very large. markymarkthree 178 Posted January 20, 2013 Tis one of the top car events of the year, a very cheap weekend with a great quiz and disco, good facility's and loads of Dagenhams finest. MTOC will be there.
