Unfinshed project based in Essex.

 

This car started life as a 1966 2 door 1500 Super. But now runs a 1600 crossflow engine, 4 speed box with GT gear selector, GT dash. Lowered and sits on Mexico steel wheels.

 

The car also has a private number plate which comes with the car.

 

The car runs OK but needs a bit of tinkering when cold.

 

Bodywork and panels are in pretty good condition for it's age. Some areas ie top mounts, rear quarter bottoms need repanelling (Not too expensive from Expressed Panels). Also some areas including footwell need plateing but nothing major.

 

Car has had replacement n/s door and also comes with a good replacement o/s front wing (not fitted ).

 

Original colour is Goodwood Green but the previous owner has poorly resprayed the car.

 

With a bit of TLC this would make a good GT or Lotus replicia which was my original intentions when I bought it a year ago but personal circumstances have arose and the car reluctantly is now for sale.
