Number Plate Light

Recommended Posts

Hey guys,

Just wondering if anyone has had this trouble before...

I'm trying to wire up my number plate lamp but atm I am only getting roughly 0.5v through the grey wire which is supposed to feed it (at least I hope this is the correct wire).

Does anyone know where this wire originates from and what may be the cause of this low voltage?

On a facelift it runs from the right hand steering column 'stalk' switch - a separate circuit to the n/s or o/s sidelight circuits.

The low voltage is possibly a poor connection, or a corroded cable.
