What do I do with the r tax can I sell the van with it on or do I need to send it back to the DVLA ? just make sure the V5C is dated and filled in properly - send it off and you should get an automatic refund, the new owner needs to tax it he can do that with the green slip at the post office That the theory anyway wether its working properly yet we will see.
