Lobby 105 Posted April 30, 2023 I did plan on having a mellow day today and popping to a car meet but as soon as I started driving, it was clear that all was not well with the Cortina. It was pulling slightly to the left when driving in a straight line and when I touched the brakes it shot off the right, pretty sketchy! I stopped and checked the wheels and the nearside wheel was pretty damn hot! Back home and off with wheels to find that the nearside caliper was stuck on. I've rebuilt calipers in the past with varying success so decided to send them both off to BiggRed as it's only £150 compared to me buying a seal kit and spending hours cleaning them up. They did a great job on my MK2 Astra calipers, fast service and really nice guys to deal with. Fingers crossed they'll be back on the car in a few weeks.

Lobby 105 Posted May 7, 2023 I sent the calipers off Tuesday afternoon and got them back Saturday morning! I just need to wait for the rain to stop and then I can get them back on the car :)

Lobby 105 Posted July 30, 2023 A couple of shows that I've attended so far this year in the Cortina. Hayling island was a great place, right next to the beach! https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=GA_B-tpbFs8 https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=LcwMWESdjvs
