Shiny time......powder coat...first batch of bits arrived.

 

Been busy on the door closing and striker plates making sure that with door rubbers, all the latches engage etc

 

all ok after some bashing about

for the trainspotters and ocd'ers out there.

reg plate is level to .5mm

its centered to 0.5mm tolerance

why not if you have opportunity just do it all properly.

if a picture dont hang straight i cant sleep.

 

the car sits level, grill when fixed down sits plumb level with chassis set level

 

looks like i hit lucky

 

using the laser level along sills theres a 1mm deviation on the horizontal on o/s and .5mm on n/s, which im happy about.

Working to .5 tolerance is just not good enough, might as well get it right first time ffs. 🙄👍🏼
