Ken we are going to town on paint work on shell.

gone over it again, the painter is off the ocd scale.

every week we go back and go over the panels again.

using palm pressed firmly onto panles with eyes closed.

he then marks, fills, flats

then starts again.

its fibreglass heater box refurb time.

these things are VERY fragile had to be real real careful taking it apart, one wrong move and they crumble.

also got a mk3 Granada steering coupling, will it fit as is? or does it require a cut down for my PAS?

looks a touch too long, hard to get right measurement of what ill need.

Nice work. Axle looks great. I always think having the underside of the car looking nice with the components painted up is one of the things I'd like to do one day.

Refurbing the fibre heater box.

Early 71 cars had the plenum drain moulding version of heater box, which includes the plenum attachement tab and associated rear crescent locating lip. My fibre box was slightly later type so I added the associated parts by making them with ABS.

its going very well.

refurbed the foam and powder coated the hot / cold diversion flap. greased the swivel points. all remaining hardware refurbed and awaits refit.
