cortina-city 141 Posted August 14, 2017 bodyshop made the seam sealer too 'tidy' so i went in and did a Ford production line and made it look rushed, just as they did

Pete-H 69 Posted August 15, 2017 Nice addition Pete Where are you going to put the controls?
cortina-city 141 Posted August 15, 2017 Pete i dont know where to put the control it could go in centre console under handbrake so as not to be too obvious. i could hide it in the centre armrest so you lift up and its in there, the unit can be controlled via a master switch which disables it regardless of the input from the heat controler, im thinking on this at moment. also had an idea of using the secondary stalk to lock it on, as secondary stalk has some idel positons not needed for the cruise function. also thought of voice command. Downstairs Dave 37 Posted August 15, 2017 Looking good Pete, that's my favourite part when you start bolting shiny bits onto a newly painted car. 😀👍Also love your cruise control, think you got that nailed as it looks like that's how it would have come out of the factory 😀
