you can get a full rebuild kit on ebay complete with cups/bearins/gaskets,cant recall how much but think its about £45 ish.its a doddle to do.

Thanks for suggestion, I have found kits for around £50. I have now rebuilt it using separately sourced bearings, oil seals and cut by own gasket. Total cost incl all postage £8.55

This is what i did with mine, many moons ago when i had an E :sofa:
