FORDMOPAR 1 Posted October 24, 2016 Of course it's environmentally friendly its using petrol up faster. Very nice! Is it a genuine T/A? Hi Thanks, No not a genuine T/A real ones go for £50k+,I bought it as a wreck, it was a 74 318 but with the sports option interior and dash,I had always loved the green T/A so thought id make a visual copy, spent the next 2 years buying bits from all over the world!! new front and rear 1971 panels, new wings/fire wall /floors etc.Wheels bumpers, trim every thing was changed from 72 on so almost a different car, it was a lot of work but well worth it,did the whole shell on a homemade body roller in the garage, it took me just over 3 years but being old American it was as easy as a Cortina!! Being a later car it had front discs and front and rear anti roll bars and a factory fitted LSD.

eddnew 4 Posted October 25, 2016 I would imagine very very quick and a genuine Road Runner. It was very quick indeed. I paid £1600 for it with a smashed windscreen in 1984. I managed to get one for £60 from the American car breakers in West Drayton, which came out of a Charger (they are the same). What would it be worth today? Danish 294 Posted October 25, 2016 What would it be worth today? Don't ask those sorts of questions. Like my Dad's F-reg 2-door Mk1 Escort which he scrapped.
