I'm liking that yellow/red colour scheme on your mk3

Still don't know what colour to paint it when it has it body sorted. Don't really want to do it's original colour (flame red), as i think it's rubbish. :sofa:

Hey Mitch

Is that super piccy at the top edge of the RABT before turning to Lochgoilhead as looks very familiar?

Grant

ps On the original thread, I have had RRC454F a red 1600E for over 12 years now :D

Very nice. Welcome to the world of Cortina ownership!

I haven't posted on this topic yet as I couldn't really figure out the time. I've owned my current shell for 5 years, but it continued an earlier project and re-used many of the parts, so I've owned some of parts as long as ten years. :headscratch:

Still think this is the best looking mk4 I've seen. If you ever come across a set of those wheels let me know mate.

There was a great breakers in lightmoor Telford, they had manufacturers and models in rows, haven't been for 20 years at least so wonder if it is still there. But the guy in the cabin would ask 'what you looking for' and you could look down the ford isle and see several capris/cortinas/sierras. It was a magic place, one of the old boys working there looked to be permenantly covered head to toe in oil.

Cheers for the nice words fella.

Thought i'd posted these pictues on here but can't find / see if i had, so here you go...

After a long time of looking i know the name of these wheels now. They are Interstates. If i come across another set i'll let you know.

Thanks for the positive comments. Next mission is to work out what it needs to make it go around corners without trying to kill me
