wolfrace 116 Posted October 8, 2017 I've got a genuine escort rs2000 manifold with a T3 flange welded to it so welding cast iron can be done (never done it). I think they usually say preheat and allow to cool slowly after welding, you can fit small studs and fill up between studs with weld, prob have to use an arc welder & maybe you would have to do away with the cracked bit and weld the whole area up then drill and tap a new hole.
