Donncha 19 Posted January 1, 2018 Hi Folks, I am looking to sort for once and for all the starting/running issue with Mk mk3 cortinas, I have the same problem/symptoms with both cars. They do not start very well or if started don't run well at all ! with the current electronic system that replaced the points. I am told that an electronic system from a sierra would be a good reliable option which I am open to fitting. I am looking to know if anyone have this system already installed and if so what it entail to install such a system. Is it a straight swap for the current timing system, and is there a wiring module required for this system also.
