You have a choice - either polybush or rubber.

Best place for rubber is South Wales props Linky  Personally  I'd go for the HD ones (i.e. solid rather than void) if you're going rubber.

Many opinions on Poly.  Depends on your view of price vs customer service/quality.  Amongst others you can go;
 - cheaper Floflex

 - expensive but usually regarded as top quality Superflex

Bushes are the same Mk3/4/5 on the rear suspension top arms and the axle end bottom arms.  The chassis end of the bottom arms are different sizes.  You really need to measure those unless you absolutely know your axle is the original

Also there are different opinions around full poly vs part.  Personally I have Floflex on mine except the axle end top arms - because those have to move through a weird arc and need to be able to flex.

Assume you know what you're doing to replace the bushes i.e. you have the tool/appropriate bolts/washers to remove and replace the bushes?

Poly are different to fit, some you need to retain the outer metal shell from the originals so don't destroy those until you know

WHat you're looking for is the difference between EM1490 and EM1491 in the SWP list.  They're quite significantly different once you look at the one on your car
