Oops... I'm not sure how or why I seem to be quoting people when I don't want to 😐

Anyway...  That's great Chris. Unbelievable you're at this stage already 👍

Looks like the roof went on really well, grey primer is my trademark from the 80's, I was very impatient, I'd get to the primer stage, then I would just have to drive it, my first 1600E was in primer for about 3 months, my 2000E in primer for at least 6 months, my first road car a 2 door 1600 Super was the only one I sprayed in red lead primer, did that as a Alan Mann replica.

Thanks Cortina land, yes to soon for the roof really, but it ll be masked up, n its another job done.(roof was from Aldridge trimmers)

Gravitexing (stone chip paint if you dont know),  the inner wheel arches next, i may even start underneath, as storage is in limbo, i cant drop the axle, or front subframe off yet, but can still get the main floor pans done, the rest may have to wait, but still thinking on that one.Was getting a close call with the surface rust on the roof..............

Excellent progress, I got for father's Day a set of sanding blocks, so really I have no excuses.
