Couldn’t agree more, when people send me stuff to sort the problems are usually attributed to burtons parts somewhere along the line.

Always trusted them but now not so much. I cancelled my order and i ordered new standard height springs from rallydesign, don't know if they are any better.Any thoughts on rallydesign?

Find out who supplies Rally design, you don't want problems again, it takes the shine off such a brilliant looking car and it's not your balls up, my 2000E as mentioned before was wonky, and it really got my goat.

Could be worse, to put my wife's E class right, the rear suspension set up is nearly £2k, I'm looking at alternatives!!

I got my -1" springs from RalDes about 6-7 years ago.
They fit fine and have the correct radius top and bottom.  Back then they also had the option of getting Pinto rated ones and Essex rated ones, which also gives a bit more confidence that they are Cortina specific.

However, given that 6+ years have passed they may well have changed suppliers since then.

Burton -1 inch springs removed and standard height from rally design in. Spring not jumping out of place but something still feels not quite right.

Stance is better now as it was sitting too low.Spax shocks ordered  as i feel it needs stiffer ones.
