 any good quality wax,non abrasive is ideal for metallic paint as it does not remove any of the clear coat.:thumbsup:

I wonder if anyone has fitted Mk4 bumpers to the facelift model,i guess it would leave the bracket hole where which hold the plastic corner on,even so,a bit of trim to cover,bung hole or paint it.

its got a 4 branch  and big bore exshaust right throw,sounds lovely but not to loud

put the original grill and indercaters back on,new set off numberplates is next get rid off the black ones,trying make it look stock

doorman today craig sheffield cortina came to rescue,with set off door cards and wing moulding,gave them a good scrubbing and a clean,and i think they look great.lot better then ones that were on it,just need that original steering wheel my m8 got.

added another fiver to value lol,took sticker off dash back to normal spec waiteing on steering wheel put it back on,inside done just going get it valeted

yes got a 4 spoke one on its way,get rid off the small one back to basics

abslute pain to fit,had to screw cluster back to the dash,dident think was go back,steering wheel had cut plastic shroud down bit to big,notice steering colum was lose tighten it up and now steering lock doesent lock and ign switch jamed on the lock postion ready throw the towel in lol,have have good look tommorror miffed,had to walk away lol

Is the wheel very close to crash pad& column shroud?

If so either column has collapsed or its had a mk3 facelift one fitted.

MK4/5 inner is longer due to flat wheel & only has 2 mounting bolts  (up into metal dash frame).
